Quantity Estimation Disclaimer

Any brick, block, paver quantity calculations, estimates, take-offs, or material schedules provided by Etera are supplied as a guide only and are based solely on the drawings, plans, specifications, and information provided by the customer at the time of estimation.

While reasonable care is taken in preparing such estimates, Etera does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any quantity estimate. The customer remains solely responsible for verifying all quantities required for their project before placing an order.

In the event that the estimated quantities differ from the actual quantities required, whether resulting in surplus or shortage of materials:

• Etera shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental costs, losses, damages, delays, labour costs, project costs, or additional expenses arising from such quantity discrepancies.
• Any costs associated with additional orders, re-delivery, collection, return freight, handling, restocking, storage, disposal, or removal of excess materials shall be borne entirely by the purchaser.
• Any return of goods shall be subject to Etera's Return Policy and may incur applicable handling, restocking, and freight charges.

By accepting a quotation or placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges and accepts these terms and assumes full responsibility for the final quantities required for the project.
